Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Legendary Protein Chips (your favorite flavor)

  • 3 Chicken Breast Tenders
  • 1 Egg

Directions

Step 1

If using a conventional oven, preheat to 400 degrees.


Step 2

Crack one egg into a small bowl and whisk into an egg wash.


Step 3

Grind your Legendary Popped Protein Chips in a blender until they are a super fine consistency for breading. Pour these into a bowl.


Step 4

Dip chicken breast tender in the egg wash and coat both sides well. Immediately dip into the bowl of protein chip breading, coating both sides.


Step 5

Spray aluminum foil or parchment paper (depending on cooking device) with non-stick spray, and apply your chicken tenders.


Step 6

Place on oven tray & bake for 15-20 minutes. 

If air-frying: Set fryer to 400 degrees, cook for 4 minutes, flip chicken tenders, and cook for another 4 minutes.
