pCAL

At Legendary, we obsess over pCal: which is the percent of calories that come from protein. Having a higher pCal% means that a food delivers more of its calories from protein, relative to carbs and fat.

pCal can be easily calculated with the following steps:

1) Locate the total grams of protein in a product
2) Multiply that number by 4 (there are 4 calories in every gram of product)
3) Divide that number by the total number of calories
4) All done!

Using Legendary Protein Donuts as an example:

1) 20g Protein x 4 Calories = 80 Calories
3) 80 Calories from Protein / 160 Total Calories = 50% pCal

All Legendary Foods orders are shipped directly from our warehouse located in Missouri. We offer several shipping options depending on how quickly you wish to receive your order. These can be found at checkout.

If your order exceeds $69 in value, you will qualify to select a free shipping option. This is a standard transit time of 3-5 business days. The $69 threshold is calculated after any promotions, discounts, or subscription discounts are applied to your order.

If your order is below $69 in value (calculated after any promotions, discount, or subscription discounts are applied to your order), we offer $6.99 flat rate shipping. This is a standard transit time of 3-4 business days.

In an effort to better support our customers, we may also provide expedited shipping options, which will be viewable and selectable at checkout. These options are calculated based on delivery address, and will be clearly stated at checkout.
