1) Locate the total grams of protein in a product
2) Multiply that number by 4 (there are 4 calories in every gram of product)
3) Divide that number by the total number of calories
4) All done!

"I'd like to improve upon the instructions on the package. 1. Fill 2/3 of the way to the top with cold water and stir. Let sit 1-2 minutes and stir again. 2. Place uncovered in microwave for two minutes. Remove and stir again. Wait one minute and replace in microwave for two more minutes. 3. Remove from microwave and stir, adding in cheese packet. 4. Cover and let sit for five minutes. 5. Enjoy!"

"I love these Protein pasta cups. They make great lunches. I add a little tuna or tomatoes for a little added flavor. Granted they are great by themselves but they are also so versatile. My only recommendation would be to make some more flavors. Alfredo or how about just bagging some of the noodles so you could use them in any recipe."
