1) Locate the total grams of protein in a product
2) Multiply that number by 4 (there are 4 calories in every gram of protein)

We have ordered several varieties

"We have ordered several varieties of the buns and we like the sticky bun and cinnamon best. Although the other favors were great also. We are on the keto diet so it is difficult to find desserts that dont leave an odd after taste. These buns are delicious. We need to warm them for a few seconds in the microwave and they are yummy. If I would change anything they could be a bit more fluffy and not so dense. But they are still really good."
