Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept most returns and handle exchanges and refunds on a case-by-case basis. Prior to issuing exchanges and/or refunds, our team may ask for additional information regarding your order. In addition, our team may ask for product to be sent back to our location, for which we will provide all needed details. This is done to ensure that we are identifying all opportunities to improve the purchasing and enjoyment experience for our customers.
If for any reason you are seeking to cancel an order from EatLegendary.com, please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org or (888)698-1708. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it may be eligible for cancellation. If an order has already been fulfilled and is in transit to its destination, we are not able to process a cancellation.
Refunds are issued in the same payment method as the original purchase was made. Credit/debit card transactions can take 3-4 business days to process.
