Return & Cancellation Policy

The below outlines our policy for processing exchanges, returns, and refunds.

For orders placed on EatLegendary.com: 

If you are not satisfied with your EatLegendary.com purchase, please contact our Legendary Customer Care team within 30 days of the original purchase date at customercare@eatlegendary.com, or (888) 698-1708.

When contacting our team, please provide the following information to help expedite your request:

Your order number (as seen in your order confirmation email)
The best by date of the product received (as seen on the top of the wrapper)
The product lot number (6 digit number to the right of the best by date)

If approved, our team is able to process exchanges and/or refunds for orders that include the following:

Damaged or defective products
Orders shipped with missing items
Orders shipped with incorrect items

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept most returns and handle exchanges and refunds on a case-by-case basis. Prior to issuing exchanges and/or refunds, our team may ask for additional information regarding your order. In addition, our team may ask for product to be sent back to our location, for which we will provide all needed details. This is done to ensure that we are identifying all opportunities to improve the purchasing and enjoyment experience for our customers.

Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you are seeking to cancel an order from EatLegendary.com, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@eatlegendary.com or (888)698-1708. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it may be eligible for cancellation. If an order has already been fulfilled and is in transit to its destination, we are not able to process a cancellation.

Refunds are issued in the same payment method as the original purchase was made. Credit/debit card transactions can take 3-4 business days to process.

Cancellation of Subscription Orders: 

Per our Terms & Conditions, cancellations of subscription orders can easily be made by accessing your subscription portal in your Legendary Foods Account. While cancellations of your subscription can be submitted at any time, orders that are marked as "Processing" or "Shipped" are not eligible for refunds.

For products(s) purchased via approved Legendary Foods Retailers:

All returns/refunds/exchanges are to be processed through the retailer directly. If you have any issues with Legendary Foods product purchased from an approved retailer, they will process your return in accordance with their specific return policy.
