2) Multiply that number by 4 (there are 4 calories in every gram of product)
3) Divide that number by the total number of calories
4) All done!

1) 47g Protein x 4 Calories = 188 Calories
2) 188 Calories from Protein / 290 Total Calories = 65% Calories from Protein
