"Pros: Great macros (hard to beat, high quality sourced protein), competitive calories, not much higher sodium, and familiar process to the unhealthy version, decent texture to the noodles. Cons: A little more viscous than expected upon cooling a little, and it would be less of an issue if the cheddar taste wasn't so strong. If it tasted closer to the Easy Mac cheese, it would be perfect. Instead I have 11 more and I am hoping the cheese taste grows on me."
