"I've been a longtime fan of Legendary Pastries and purchase a box or two of either chocolate, cherry or strawberry almost weekly. (Chocolate is incredibly chocolaty and satisfying. Love the lava cake effect when heated for 10 seconds in the microwave) I was disappointed when I recently bought a pack and found the product wasn't up to standard. One of the pastries from the box I purchased was missing its icing entirely. Not the experience I've come to expect. That said, I have to give credit where it's due. The customer service was genuinely “legendary”. I reached out about the issue, and it was resolved quickly and without any hassle. Within just three days, I had two brand-new boxes sitting at my front door. Mistakes happen, and what really matters is how a company handles them. This was about as smooth and generous a resolution as I could have asked for. I'll absolutely keep buying these and it's reassuring to know the company stands behind the quality of their product. Highly recommend!"
"These pop tarts (protein pastries, they call them) are delicious, and I have tried them all. Every brand out there claims to have a "light, flaky pastry crust" but most of them are tasteless and have a distinct resemblance to the cardboard box they arrived in. Legendary pastry crusts are soft, and they taste better to me than the brand name PopTarts do. Sometimes the sprinkles on top are hit and miss. One day, both my husband and I opened one for breakfast--his had plenty of sprinkles. Mine had three. . . total. So that part could use some quality control. We have tried the Chocolate Cake, S'mores, Cherry, and Strawberry flavors so far. The filling in the pastries is quite delicious. It does not leave any after-taste in your mouth. Also, there is a generous amount of filling in each one. That is certainly not the case with the other brands I have tried. I admit that in my search for a keto pop tart, I was also looking for one that was economical. I found, however, that the saying is true: you get what you pay for. If you want great taste every time, stick with Legendary Pastries."
"Quality of product has been slowly declining. 1/2 of these dont even have frosting on them. They are smashed and oozing filling out. Noticed this with the donuts too. Sucks I used to love these, now when i open them its a game of maybe it will be a quality product maube it will be a pile of unrecognizable goo."

It doesn't taste like chocolate, in fact, it barely has any flavor. And no frosting. Sadly, I won't be buying anymore."
