A higher percentage means that more of what you're eating is coming from protein - not carbs or fat. Calories from Protein can be easily calculated with the following steps:

1) Locate the total grams of protein in a product
2) Multiply that number by 4 (there are 4 calories in every gram of protein)
3) Divide that number by the total number of calories
4) All done!

Do you have instructions for heating these in an air fryer?

We highly suggest that you use a microwave when heating our pastries on low setting for around 10 seconds or less and of course with proper precaution.
