Milk Protein Isolate, Dried Egg Whites, Whey Protein Isolate & Sodium Caseinate

This protein blend was specifically selected for its ability to support the building of healthy muscles and deliver the Legendary flavor experience that we demand. In addition, protein is the most satiating of the macronutrients, which helps to feel full and satisfied.

Collagen Peptides

A complementary protein source that also supports connective tissue, hair, skin, and nails. The amount of collagen that we use is similar to levels found in beef and delivers a full amino acid profile.

At Legendary, we obsess over the percent of calories from protein.

A higher percentage means that more of what you're eating is coming from protein - not carbs or fat. Calories from Protein can be easily calculated with the following steps:

1) Locate the total grams of protein in a product
2) Multiply that number by 4 (there are 4 calories in every gram of protein)
3) Divide that number by the total number of calories
4) All done!

Using any of our Protein Donuts as an example:

1) 20g Protein x 4 Calories = 80 Calories from Protein
2) 80 Calories from Protein / 160 Total Calories = 50% Calories from Protein
