A higher percentage means that more of what you're eating is coming from protein - not carbs or fat. Calories from Protein can be easily calculated with the following steps:

1) Locate the total grams of protein in a product
2) Multiply that number by 4 (there are 4 calories in every gram of protein)
3) Divide that number by the total number of calories
4) All done!

"Y'all, Legendary Protein pastries were introduced to me by my adult daughter. I jumped in the bandwagon to try several varieties. All she had to say was protein pop tarts and I was hooked. I have tasted the brown sugar cinnamon, chocolate cake with sprinkles, and s'mores flavors. These are fantastic tasting and very very satisfying. I can pick at one all day long or sit and eat one like a meal. They do a great job eliminating hunger and staying my sweet tooth. Very very happy with these products.
